Vincent A. Licata

Vincent joined Rigrodsky Law after beginning his career at an Am Law 200 firm. Vincent’s practice focuses on the investigation and prosecution of shareholder derivative actions, shareholder class actions, and securities fraud class actions.

Vincent graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a concentration in Business Law. During law school, Vincent served as a Research Assistant, a Teaching Assistant, and as a Notes Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution.  Vincent also served as a judicial intern for New York State Supreme Court Judges George J. Silver and Arthur F. Engoran.
